Presidents letter – July 12, 2010

Oops. I thought that I had another week before the newsletter went out. Our meeting is this Thursday already. I have been super busy working on LHS stuff and summer stuff around the house. I have the captions and pictures done for the calendar. Lee Snyder, Sue Dipman’s grandniece suggested we do an historical Luckey Coloring book. I have a 20 page coloring book also completed. I think you all will like it. I am hoping we can copy it and sell it along with the calendar at the fall festival. We have had several picture loans, what wonderful finds. Keep up the good work. Every picture counts. I finished updates on the Landwehr family tree and have mailed a number of different family trees to requesting individuals.

We are finally ready to start the repairs on the town hall. Sometime next month the actual work should begin. Below I included the 12 photo’s for the calendar. Some months have more than one photo. See you Thurs.  Sally
